Our retail brand, Furnisht operates under the Re-vive Group providing high quality furniture to the public. We are constantly taking in new stock and building relationships with new clients. The Re-vive group is always evolving, and therefore provides exciting new opportunities every day.**

The Re-vive Group is now recruiting for a Customer Experience Advisor to work within our Retail Brand - Furnisht. You will be responsible for arranging our customer deliveries, dealing with complaints and handling customer enquiries. The role will include some admin duties, and the individual will need to be confident speaking to customers in our retail outlet. We are looking for a confident individual who wants to grow within our rapidly evolving company

**WEEKEND WORK IS REQUIRED - AT LEAST 2 WEEKENDS OUT OF THE MONTH.**

**IMMEDIATE START**

**Full time + Permanent position**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
- Planning + Arranging all deliveries for our customers and liaising with our two man delivery team.
- Managing customer wish lists, and informing customers when their item has come into stock.
- Answering phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries.
- Assisting with Admin duties where needed such as; updating stock systems, invoicing.
- Assisting on the sales floor when needed.
- Working weekends in our Outlet Store
- Arranging Postage for orders.
- Assisting with listing our furniture on required platforms.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Maths + English GCSE
- Telephone Skills
- **Excel + Microsoft word proficient**

**FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.**

Previous experience in customer service or a retail environment is ideal, but we are looking more for a reliable individual to develop in our rapidly growing environment.
