- Manage bookings (via an online platform) and walk-ins at the bar
- Maintain high hygiene standards

The requirements
- A passion for wine and food is necessary; however, prior experience or expertise is not required. Your eagerness to learn and enthusiasm will always be more important.
- We would appreciate prior experience in hospitality. Yet, we will prioritise an outgoing personality and strong organisational skills.
- A high level of exigence and attention to detail is needed. We are known for our outstanding service and knowledge of our products. We will provide you with the training and in-depth product information; it will be your job to showcase it.
- Adaptability, calm under pressure, and a "can-do" attitude are required. As in any hospitality or customer service job, it can get busy simultaneously. And you'll have to handle it smoothly.
