**Job Details**:

- **Shifts**: Rotating day shifts from 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday.
- **Pay**: £10.42 - £11.00 per hour.

**Role Overview**:
As part of the team, you'll undergo training to:

- Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on production machines.
- Ensure the quality of the output meets company standards.
- Change blades used for material cutting.
- Conduct inspections on produced material.
- Maintain machine capacity to fulfill customer orders promptly.
- Report any significant faults to the senior shift manager.
- Clean and maintain machines.
- Input production parameters into machines.
- Facilitate smooth shift handovers for efficient production runs.

This role suits individuals with a machining background, not necessarily limited to têxtiles but any manufacturing field. Key qualifications include:

- Proficiency in machining.
- Strong English language skills for safety compliance.
- Comfortable with basic maintenance tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Desire for a permanent position.
- Counterbalance License.

**Hourly Rate**: £10.42 - £11.00, Monday to Friday, rotating double-day shifts.
