Goods in Supervisor

We are looking for a Goods in Supervisor to join our ever growing business in Diss. This is a pivotal position in ensuring the smooth running of our Warehouse operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the operations of our goods in and washing teams
- Maintaining a clean and tidy Warehouse space in compliance with our Health & Safety policies
- Prioritising and distributing stock to the washing and laundry teams in accordance with outgoing stock requirements
- Counting returned stock back into the Warehouse for processing
- Taking responsibility for the off hire process, ensuring accuracy is maintained
- Proactively quality controlling processed stock prior to it being moved into the Warehouse for picking
- Working with both the HR and logistics teams on planning schedules and weekly / monthly staff rotas
- Boosting and maintaining the morale of the shop floor teams, providing support where required
- Be responsible for maintaining, problem solving and booking periodic servicing for the goods in machinery
- Training and development for new and existing staff
- Partaking in stock counts, ensuring accurate stock levels are submitted for processing onto InspHire
- Take part in a weekend on call rota

**Experience**
- Experience working within busy Warehouse environments would be advantageous
- An understanding of general goods in operations is preferred
- Computer literacy is essential
- Have good attention to detail and a methodical work approach
- Have good time managements skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- Be practical minded and hands on
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Have a full UK driving licence

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
