Role: Administrator
Duration: 3 month fixed term contract with possibility to be extended.
Location: Nottingham City Centre
Hour: 35 hours. 9am - 5pm
Hybrid 2 days office based, 3 days working from home
Salary up to £26k Dependent on experience
Due to the office location in Nottingham city centre the nearest car park charge is £5.50 per day at the discounted rate, you will be expected in the office twice per week whilst you can work from home 3 days per week.
Are you a highly organised Administrator with an eye for detail? If so, we are looking for you Joining a busy Financial services company based in the heart of Nottingham.
You won’t need any prior experience within the financial services industry however you will need to be a well-experienced administrator.
**What to expect day to day.**
The role is a very process-driven relative role which requires the highest attention to detail and utmost accuracy due to being backed by the FCA.
- Updating the internal systems/spreadsheets with accurate information
- Data cleansing
- Registering new mortgage brokers on the system.
- Support the team with the implementation of the new broker registration system
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers through all communication channels
