**The role**

We are recruiting for a Storeperson for our Teddington branch. The successful applicant will be in charge of the daily operation of our painting stores and provide support to on site teams by maintaining inventory & delivering tools, plant and equipment to our sites across London and the South East. Ensuring that everything is delivered and removed from sites in a timely manner and to the benefit of the contract.

**Hourly Rate**: £11.95 - £12.50 (depending on applicant)

**Hours**:39 Hours per week, Monday to Friday (Overtime available)

**Holiday**:As per the CIJC.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate inventory of plant, tools and equipment.
- Undertaking statutory inspections of access equipment (training will be provided)
- Delivery of tools, plant and equipment to our sites across London and the South East. Ensuring that everything is delivered and removed from sites in a timely manner and to the benefit of the contract.
- Keeping track of stock levels of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Maintaining the Stores/Yard to a high standard, ensuring it is organised, safe and tidy at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an Storeman for a Painting Contactor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Sound knowledge of painting materials, tools, and equipment used in construction projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Full UK Driving License
