Production Assistant

Our Client, fully organic business producing dairy products based in Ardersier, has an opportunity available for a Production Assistant to join their team on a full time basis.

The role of the Production Assistant will be to support the processing team to make cheeses and yoghurt products. This will include, although not be limited to:

- Washing equipment and keeping the processing areas in line with hygiene standards
- Potting yoghurts and putting lids on to items
- Assisting in the making of curd and finished cheese products
- Turning cheeses within the cold store
- Any other tasks to support the production of end products

This position will involve working between Monday to Friday with hours of work typically falling between 7am to 4pm with an early finish Fridays, however flexibility is essential. In return the Production Assistant will have the opportunity to join a friendly, family run business and work within a supportive team while earning a rate of £10.50 per hour.
