We are looking for someone with excellent finance, organisation and IT Skills.

**Purpose of Job**

The purpose of this post is to support the review and updating of circa 140 contracts relating to sexual health services that vary in complexity and value.

The role will be overseen by the Contracts Support Officer and will support the work with key partners including Commissioner (Sexual Health) and Officers, Deputy Director of Public Health, Providers and the Corporate Procurement Team to agree activity baselines and outcomes measures that will be written in to the contracts for 2014-16.

**Key duties and responsibilities of current role** (in bullet points):

- Produce and maintain an updated list of all the sexual health contracts by supplier and to include, service name, service area, borough in which service is delivered, unique contract identifying number, contract value, baseline data, details about when contracts are submitted to contractors and to procurement plus any other variables that will be deemed necessary
- Ensure all activity data for 2013-14 has been submitted and obtain any missing data from providers.
- Produce and maintain an issues log which highlights actions that will need to be picked up by commissioners or managers.
- Provide brief update reports to commissioners and managers which highlights progress on obtaining outstanding data.
- Support the Interim Sexual Health Support Contracts Officer in sending new contract paperwork to providers
- Manage the receipt of agreed contracts from providers and onward internal processes with the Corporate Procurement Team to ensure all agreed contracts are signed / sealed in a timely manner.
- To act as central administration for the sexual health contracts programme undertaking reasonable other duties as specified by managers
- Work closely with the Contracts Support Officer
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues in the Sexual Health Commissioning Team and provider organisations
- Work effectively as a member of the Sexual Health Commissioning Team
- Work effectively with Corporate Teams in Westminster City Council and the Tri-Borough including Procurement and where necessary, Finance and Legal.
- Must be able to demonstrate competency in general administration and effective use of IT
- Effective work with a number of teams
- Effective action point/note taking of meetings and committee based work
- Strong competence in sourcing and analysing data
- Experience of writing and presenting information for reports and briefings to senior management
- Experience of self managing work programme to deliver results on time
- Desirable to have experience working in NHS commissioning, public health or sexual health services
