**_adi Mechanical Site Supervisor _**

**About the Role**

As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will manage labour and resources efficiently on site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also provide customer quotations based on work scope and site visits, with support from the adi site manager, take care of maintenance and associated works and additionally, support the Managing Director in growing and improving the client site within adi Mechanical and process pipework.

**Specifically, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Estimating effective repair and maintenance-based work and developing client relationships
- Supervising and coordinating teams of operatives to deliver tasks
- Specifying and purchasing materials for projects and site-based work
- Preparing and retaining documentation and completing project sign-off/handover
- Adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures as well as legislative requirements
- Ensuring compliance of all equipment and accreditations needed to complete project works
- Undertaking general site works
- Assisting the site manager as required

**About you**

We would like to hear from you if you have:

- Experience in a similar role within an industrial and/or maintenance manufacturing environment.
- Maintenance experience.
- The ability to understand engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in using all types of machinery.
- Competence in all types of fabrication work.
- Knowledge of all types of steels and their uses.
- Understanding of quality procedures.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous.
- Competent in maintaining both capital and process equipment.
