Activity Coordinator

**Duties**:

- Plan, organize, and implement a variety of activities for individuals in a social work setting
- Coordinate and facilitate group activities to promote socialization and engagement
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized activity plans
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance and activity participation
- taking service user out for short trip or going in the pub.

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices related to aging issues
- Ability to assess individual needs and develop appropriate activity plans
- Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
- Compassion and empathy towards individuals facing aging challenges
- Proficiency in using technology for scheduling and record keeping purposes
