**Job Title: Domestic Housekeeper**

**Job Overview**: As a domestic housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and order within a residential setting. Your duties will involve performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that the home is kept in pristine condition and providing assistance with other household chores as needed.

**Responsibilities**:
**Cleaning**:

- Perform regular cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and polishing surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs.
- Clean kitchen appliances, countertops, and cabinets.
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen utensils.
- Launder and iron clothing and linens as required

**Organizing**:

- Arrange and organize household items, including furniture, decorations, and personal belongings.
- Maintain orderliness in closets, cabinets, and storage areas.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with household guidelines.

**Routine Maintenance**:

- Monitor household supplies and replenish as needed, including cleaning products, toiletries, and pantry items.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the homeowner

**Additional Duties**
- Assist with occasional meal preparation and cooking.
- Water indoor plants and care for them as instructed.
- Pet care duties such as feeding, grooming, and walking may be required depending on the household's needs.
- Occasional assistance with errands or grocery shopping may be requested.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Respect for privacy and confidentiality within the household.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work hours may vary depending on the household's needs.
- The work environment is primarily indoors within a residential setting.
- May encounter various cleaning chemicals and solutions, so awareness of safety precautions is necessary.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.90-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
