Dispatch Operator - Dayshift

The role of the Dispatch Operator is to work the day-day operation of the goods inwards, stock movement and integrity, and dispatch processed for the Bathgate site. As a Dispatch operative it will be your responsibility within the team to delivery these requirements, and ensure stock information is maintained and correct in all relevant systems. Leading a customer focussed culture within the despatch team, for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- Work with the Dispatch Team in delivering a high performing despatch function
- Be part of a safe, organised environment, encouraging all bakery personnel to conform to H&S legislation and policies
- Work closely with Operations/Technical/Supply Chain on Despatch requirements
- Manage the correct and safe storage and transfer of materials and packaging to production as required, ensuring stock accuracy is maintained
- Support the Supply Chain function by identifying and delivering improvements
- Maintain the expected levels of housekeeping throughout the shift

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
