**This is the job**:
Joining the AA as an Ecommerce Coordinator, you will support the Digital Commerce and Trading team with facilitating weekly reporting and KPI tracking, whilst driving new insight through Customer Satisfaction and NPS analysis, in addition to competitor benchmarking activity.

As the newly created Ecommerce Coordinator, you’ll be the ‘go-to’ individual for all things digital commerce by collaborating closely with a range of key stakeholders including senior leaders from across the organisation to use your analytical curiosity and desire to drive the customer experience to help deliver key business objectives and identify areas for continuous improvement to push for better.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Support Digital Commerce & Trading team in monitoring sales and service performance trends, to feed regular trading sessions
- Demonstrate a relentless focus upon the customer experience, whilst maintaining clear sight of the commercial objectives for the here, now and future
- Aid management of net promoter score (NPS), through developing an understanding of the drivers impacting upon the experience of our customers
- Support production of new business cases to drive business growth, including small and large change initiatives
- Maintain clear and accessible journey maps, enabling journey walkthroughs and to support ideation sessions
- Ensure digital delivery and subsequent performance remains aligned to the new AA purpose and strategic vision

**What do I need?**:
**Essential**:

- Experience working within a similar Commerce or Analytical role possessing with technical analytical skills
- Good networker - able to collaborate closely with varying stakeholder levels i.e., Senior Leaders, Executives and Directors as well as wider business teams/areas
- Commercially astute with a customer-centric mindset
- Strong Microsoft Skills particularly with PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to conduct own detailed and accurate analysis/research to then transpose into reporting or presentational format
- Passionate about Digital Commerce and the benefits it brings to an organisation the ability to make the role your own
