**School Catering Supervisor in Gloucestershire, GL20 6AH - Term Time Only**

- 5 of 7 days, including occasional weekends
- 37.7 hours per week
- 34 weeks per year based around term time
- £10.00 per hour
- Based in a school in Gloucestershire, GL20

Key Responsibilities
- Support with preparation of the menu, using fresh ingredients and the recipes provided
- Assist the catering manager with food ordering and stock taking
- Ensure food hygiene, Allergen and Health and Safety compliance
- Support the hiring manager with supervision of the team
- Building relationships with client and customers
- Provide friendly and polite customer service
- Previous catering experience
- Experience working within a team
- Food hygiene level 2 (preferred, but not essential as training will be given)
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
