**Morrison Water Services **is recruiting for an **Administrator** to work on our **Welsh Water **contract.
As the Administrator you will be part of our Planning Team. Responsible for ensuring all task teams are provided with Safe Dig job packs taking into consideration Health & Safety practices and procedures.
**This role is on a 365-day roster. Your work pattern is 12hr days 6AM to 6PM, 4on/4off 365 days therefore your average working hours are 42hrs per week. **This** role is home based and fully remote.**
**As the Administrator your duties & responsibilities will include**:
- To ensure that all task teams are provided with Safe Dig job packs containing all relevant Safe Dig Utility Drawings and/or Prints
- Identify any 'Zone of Interest' and follow the necessary Health & Safety practices and procedures surrounding this
- Arrange workloads based on priorities driven by the Planning Team
- Supporting the management team
- To work jointly with other Planning Departments and Operations Supervisors alike
- Support the team and management
**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**:
- Previous administrative experience
- Sound computer literacy and confident in the use of MS Office packages
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
- Excellent attention to detail
