**Job Title**:Senior Consultant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and recruitment expertise to clients.
- Develop and execute customized recruitment strategies to meet client requirements.
- **Talent Acquisition**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- **Market Research and Trends**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with fellow recruiters and support staff to share knowledge and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in a 360 recruitment role.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
