Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a paid position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as requested
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
