- **StickeredUp4LeMans**_ is a business dedicated solely to providing stickers for 24h Le Mans & The Le Mans Classic. Officially licensed by the organisers of the Le Mans 24hr endurance race (The ACO), StickeredUp4LeMans has a huge following and is highly respected in the world of endurance motorsport.

**Working with us**:
Our business was born in 2003 to husband and wife team Dan & Alex Rye. Operating from our premises in Winchester we have grown our team and our printing capabilities over the years, and we now utilise the latest print technology to develop our range of beautifully vibrant seasonal window and wall graphics, for home, retail, cafes & restaurants.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Product Development - research, design, and develop new products including:

- StickeredUp4LeMans - Motorsport themed stickers/liveries, laptop stickers, supporting literature
- Stickers4 - Seasonal window clings, wall/laptop stickers, labels and advertising material.
- Custom design projects - take customer briefs and produce concepts within short timeframes. Designs will need to be mocked-up and presented to clients before approval.
- Artworking - Update and amend existing artwork for print as well as using stock assets to create new products.
- Video Editing - Lead video shoots & edit to a high standard using Adobe Premiere & After Effects, incorporating visual effects and animations where required.
- Photography - Lead product photography shoots.
- Photo Editing - retouching images to a high standard and generating digital mock-ups of products.
- Marketing Materials - creating various marketing materials for both print and digital to promote our products/services (leaflets, instructions, promotional materials etc)
- Upload and update content on sales channels (Shopify/Etsy) and social media
- Supporting the Wider Team - you’ll be working alongside our other designer and, as we are a small team, you may occasionally be required to help out in other areas of the business during busy periods (packing orders, answering customer queries etc.)

**Essential Skills**:

- 3-5 years graphic design experience
- Degree in Graphic design or Visual communication desired but not essential (A strong portfolio of work and experience is what we’re looking for)
- An impressive portfolio showing creative examples of a range of print and digital work as well as photo and video projects
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, After Effects & Premiere Pro)
- Top notch typography and layout skills
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
- Experience with design for social media
- Ability to research trends to inform and develop new products for market
- A strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a small team and chip in when needed
- A self-starter with good time management
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
- Need to be able to react quickly and multi-task across various projects at once
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in design for print and an understanding of print processes as this is a large part of the role. (Specific training will be provided, but experience in design for print is needed)

**Bonus Skills**:

- An interest in motorsport would be advantageous
- Digital Illustration skills would be beneficial
- **Final salary will be dependent on experience and quality of portfolio**_

Pay: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
