An opportunity has arisen for someone to join and lead our admin team here in Inverness and we are looking for a PA/EA to join us.

**Personal Assistant / EA - The Role**:
To provide full administrative support to the Directors and Managers of the firm.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
You’ll be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to a varied and interesting workload including:

- Providing support to the Managing Director and Senior Management Team of the business
- Managing and directing queries, including those from clients to the appropriate colleagues
- Meeting organisation and support
- Handling Client engagement process and assisting with the firms AML compliance procedures
- Assisting with the firm’s client billing
- Managing the firms Practice Management processes and assisting to implement new systems.
- Various other administrative duties as required

**Personal Assistant / EA - Experience and Knowledge**:
You’ll also be a great communicator (you’ll often be the first point of contact for clients). You’ll be confident using Microsoft Office 365 and will have an aptitude to pick up IT systems quickly.
- Able to multi-task assignments and prioritise your workload.
- Able to communicate effectively and build relationships
- Resilient under pressure and have the ability to deliver to deadlines.
- Proactive and enjoy finding solutions to difficult tasks/situations.
- Confident to work off your own initiative.
- Hardworking, dedicated and adaptable.
