It can be hard trying to find the right school for you and here at Hays we are committed to working for your tomorrow and helping find the right role for you.
**Your new role**
As in any role as class teacher you will take on full responsibility for your pupils, this will include planning and delivering fun and exciting lessons to keep pupils engaged and challenged. You will also be responsible for assessing and marking pupil workand you should hold good knowledge of KS2 in order to prepare this year 5 for their final year in primary school and SATs. You will also be expected to attend staff meetings and parents' evenings. You will need to maintain discipline in this class to ensurepupils remain engaged and willing to learn, pupils should be pushed to achieve their potential. You will be supported by an experienced TA.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be a successful in securing this position, you must possess recent experience working with children. Subject leadership is desired, but not essential for this role. Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). ECT's and NQT's are also welcometo apply.
