What to Expect
- The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the EMEA Payroll together with the EMEA team. We are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor, who has EMEA Payroll experience and will bring the team to the next level of efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and coordinate all payroll activities to ensure that all payroll related responsibilities are delivered
- Initiate, plan, execute and check the payroll process with accurate, timely and consistent results
- Responsible for and contribute to the maintenance and preparation of in-house payroll documentation
- Performing controls in accordance with the SOX framework and create relevant documentation
- Responsible for tracking the timely payment of tax, social security, insurance, pension, etc
- Development and improvement of payroll procedures, processes, and systems
- Act as a back-up for the payroll manager to ensure critical business activities are not hampered
What You’ll Bring
- Immense experince in EMEA payroll management
- Proven ability to develop payroll processes and procedures
- Strong organizational and planning skills, able to work reliably and efficiently under demanding deadlines, and with mínimal supervision
- Detail oriented, high level of accuracy and completeness of work, able to detect inconsistencies in data; able to prepare and process payroll documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Experience complying with audit procedures, tax and accounting practices, company policies and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Flexible with schedule to meet tight month, quarter, and year end
