Daily rate: £540 - £590PD (Inside IR35) - based on experience

Engagement Method: Umbrella

Start date: 3rd of April - must be available for this start date.

Client: Digital Transformation Services

Trust in SODA have partnered with a well-known brand specialising within Digital Transformation. They're looking for an experienced Java Consultant to join them on an initial 3-month contract.

**About the role and what you'll be doing**:
As a Senior Java Consultant, you will be playing a key supportive role within your project from a hands-on technical and leadership perspective; resolving team challenges that might arise within a complex project and helping that client to realise the businessbenefit of an investment into the cloud.

You can expect to be supporting the Tech Lead on one of our client's projects, being responsible for designing and architecting sub-systems, creating testable code in Java, and building cutting edge cloud native solutions with the support of your colleaguesand team.

You will be working across the full project lifecycle closely with your team members, understanding their business and client requirements, navigating through complex stakeholder relationships, and articulating solutions to both technical and non-technicalaudiences, as well as coaching and mentoring members of the project team.

**Essential Tech**: Java, Kotlin, Spring, Springboot.

On Kotlin, you don't need to be SMEs but need to have worked with it

**Non-essential**: AWS, Auth2, Gitlab, Kakfa, Confluent
