I am delighted to be working with a highly successful construction company with over 20 years of experience in their field, due to continued success are seeking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their successful team on a permanent full-time basis.

**About you**
- Degree educated in a relevant field
- +5 years’ experience of working within a QS role

**Reporting to the Director you will**
- Involvement in Contract Management
- Assist in the preparation of all tender documentation
- Maintain working relationships with stakeholders
- Produce Cost Reports and Tender Analysis.
- Develop the Supply Chain Register
- Prepare and manage of the project to budget.
- Conduct site measurements.
- Prepare cost, value, and reconciliation monthly reports on each project.
- Re-measurement of Bills of Quantities Liaise with internal teams for special providers.
- Attend hand-over meetings and site meetings.
- Prepare sub-contract enquiries and order documentation.
- Negotiate and agreement of final accounts.
- Other adhoc duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Magherafelt, County Londonderry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
