**Voids Supervisor**
**Perm Contract**
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a team of tradespeople and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring their progress.
- Coordinate and oversee the refurbishment and maintenance of void properties, ensuring they are prepared to the highest standards and within agreed timescales.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to source materials, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered during the refurbishment process.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent quality and adherence to industry standards.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the team, offering guidance and training where required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the property maintenance or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of refurbishment and maintenance processes, including an understanding of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and general building works.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high-quality results.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
**Salary**: £42,000k PA + Van & Fuel Card
