**Noticing and Reinstatement Co-Ordinator**

**About The Role**

We have an opportunity for a Noticing / Reinstatement Co-Ordinator to join their team, ideally you will have experience of opening/closing notices on civils works (utilities) and be experienced in using the Street Manager / Symology noticing systems.

**Key Essentials**:

- Working alongside operational managers and teams to manage and escalate any potential issues, locality of jobs and permit conditions for Northumberland area
- Works start and stop in the 2 hour compliance metric
- Run reports
- Monitor and manage all appropriate Jeopardy reporting to minimise costs and non-compliance
- Take proactive action and steps by contacting teams and external customers for extensions or codes for notices
- Registration of reinstatements
- Take initiative to learn from other teams in the office
- Manage works comments on receipt and laisse professionally with the client

**Requirements**:

- As a NRSWA Coordinator you should be experienced in the use of streetworks noticing systems with a good knowledge of the New Roads and Streetworks and Traffic Management Act.
- You should be proficient in Microsoft packages and be a good communicator.
- You should be a self-starter who can work on your own or as part of team.

**Skills and knowledge**:

- Knowledge of NRSWA
- Some permitting experience, but training can be provided
- Scheduling knowledge
- AURORA knowledge and Symology knowledge
- Be able to work under pressure
- Spreadsheet knowledge
- Be able to priorities workload and scheduled reinstatement

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
