**Infrastructure Team Lead - Man Management & Hands-On (Windows & VM-Ware) - Leeds - Hybrid/Remote - £67.5k**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Infrastructure Team Lead to join a market leading financial company based in Leeds City Centre, working in a hybrid/remote based role (2 days a week in Leeds). The company has grown from strength to strength recently and has acquired multiple companies over the last few years. The role is a mixture of man management and hands-on work, with 65/35 split between the two. There’s multiple projects in the pipeline which you’ll help steer including a large datacenter migration as well as the insourcing of their virtualization. The role has a slight shift pattern to it (between the hours of 7.30am and 5.30pm), involves paid on-call and is a 37.5 hour working week.

As the Infrastructure Team Lead you will have at least 3 years’ experience in an Infrastructure Team Lead role or similar. You will have a technical background in 3rd Line Infrastructure and have a strong understanding of Windows Server and VM-Ware. The Infrastructure Team Lead will have experience of man management including appraisals, one-to-one’s, recruitment, resource management and performance management. You will also be able to be hands on from time to time and challenge the team from a technical perspective (if needs be). Any knowledge of networking, storage and/or cloud computing is beneficial but not essential.

**Infrastructure Team Lead Key Skills**
- At least 3 years’ experience in an Infrastructure Team Lead role or similar
- Technical background in 3rdLine Infrastructure and have a strong understanding of Windows Server and VM-Ware.
- Experience of man management including appraisals, one-to-one’s, recruitment, resource management and performance management
- Be able to be hands on from time to time and challenge the team from a technical perspective (if needs be)
- Any knowledge of networking, storage and/or cloud computing is beneficial but not essential
