- Working as a senior member of the Management Team in formulating delivery strategies, plans and budgets and in monitoring performance to ensure that the delivery targets are achieved.
- Creating and promoting a clear vision, leadership, and direction of portfolio of projects for a key customer

- Lead and sustain an integrated, multi-cultural, collaborative, and high-performance team of senior project managers, project managers, assistant project managers and graduates
- You will have the autonomy to design, plan, develop and implement complex engineering works via a multi-year framework
- Working for an international company which has had explosive growth in NI, where they are building a substantial delivery unit which will eventually become an all-Ireland operation

Accountable for:

- Senior stakeholder management, both internally, client side and 3rd party suppliers
- Senior Board reviews both internally and externally
- 3rd party negotiations
- Commercial management of a significant, long term, complex programme of work
- Delivery management, working across multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery

Must be:

- Someone who values building long term, deep stakeholder relationships and is commercially bright with a passion for successful client delivery
- Someone who has successfully delivered programmes of work which have been high value and complex (£40 million +)
- Ideally someone with experience of managing Frameworks within Rail (but will consider large, complex infrastructure programme experience)
- Someone with experience of delivering programmes within the Civils, Rail, or Infrastructure sectors
