The role of Night Shunter for the MJB team would suit someone who is a positive team player and has a desire to provide an efficient and accurate service to our customers. We operate from a frozen and an ambient depot so vehicles will be moved between both sites. A requirement of the role is that you will:

- Assist warehouse operatives with the loading of stock on to the vehicles
- Unload 'returns' stock held on a vehicle at the beginning of the shift
- Safely move lorries from one site to another, backing them on to the relevant bays
- Ensure that all stock is stored, handled and loaded securely in line with company procedures, food hygiene legislation and health and safety guidelines.
- Take reasonable care of both your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your acts or omissions, ensuring all company safety and quality systems are adhered to, raising concerns and reporting any incidents or suggestions to your line manager.
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the business.

Essential Requirements
- Conscientious, reliable with good attendance and timekeeping
- Honest, trustworthy, able to work unsupervised
- Flexible and keen to learn and acquire new skills
- Positive team player
- Digital tachograph and up to date drivers CPC
- Licence with C entitlement and no more than 6 penalty points

Desirable Requirements
- Manual handling experience
- Previous warehouse experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £31,500.00 per year
