Property Inventory Clerk

**FT Inventory clerk**

This is a great full time position for someone who is openly available from Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays at peak periods. You will need your own reliable car and work from home.

For some jobs you would be meeting customers for them to agree and sign off your report while other jobs would be checking and updating previous reports. There are busy times when work volumes are high and sometimes there are requirements to cover other areas.

**The Company**
It is a family run independent Inventory Company covering all of Kent and surrounding areas. They have been trading in excess of 15 years and have a solid retention history with customers and staff alike. Staff are highly valued and looked after.

**Key Requirements/Skills**

Reliable car with business class on insurance to be able to use your car for work.

Available between 8.30am till 6pm Monday to Friday, some occasional Saturdays, when business volumes are high.

Confident user of laptop, camera and an iPad/phone as well as the ability to use basic Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel with a good home internet connection.

Well-presented, professional appearance with good communication skills both on the phone and face to face.

**Position Type**

Permanent position paid directly by the company through their PAYE system. Salary range £20k-£30k (depending on experience) plus an additional car allowance

**Working Days**

Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 6pm

Various times across these days so does not work for someone who is only available for part of the day.

**Process**

If you match well during the phone interview you will be offered a face to face interview with the owner of the company in a location to suit.

**Required education**:
4 GCSE’s to include Maths and English grade C/4 and above.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
