**The Best Connection West Bromwich** are excited to announce that we are recruiting for **Break Press Setters **on behalf of our prestigious steel client based in **West Bromwich**.
- ** Hourly rate £10.00 - £11.50 per hour + SHIFT ALLOWANCE.**:

- ** Working Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00 rotating to 14:00 - 22:00.**:

- ** Immediate starts available**

You will be responsible for the operational performance of the Break Press Machines and ensuring that the machines are kept in good working order and all PMS in the department are completed to a high level and documented and documented.
- Will be working on Amada break presses 100-80 and 100-50 anything from a 3mtr bed to 200mm bed.
- You will need to be able to set and program the break presses, change tooling, adjust x&y axis so the parts are correct to drawings.
- Ensuring that good levels of 5S are maintained on all machines, areas, and tooling
- Involvement in continuous improvement processes and driving through improvements in all aspects of the role.
- Work to Health and Safety within the Break Press Area.
- Responsible for the quality of the product produced and raises any issues with the Quality department.
- Responsible for an effective shift handover and takeover.
- Ensures departmental and all company procedures are followed.
- Responsible for ensuring recycling is carried out to the agreed standard.

This role will be a temporary ongoing position upon success of your trail period.
