**THE ROLE**:
As Product Leader, you'll manage the product technology team and own the advancement of our Technology System development and the digitalization of our unique research product ecosystem. You will lead the delivery of the product technology at the heart ofdigitalization on how efficiently and strategically we deliver exactly what our clients need, anticipating what this is before they even know it themselves. We have set out a clear direction for our product and technology for the next 5 years. You'll be bringingthis vision to life tangibly for growth impact. This will involve having a deep understanding of how to design and implement digitally automated integrated systems to develop and continually optimize a successful automated product our clients will love andbe easily engaged with.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Extensive product technology experience. As product owner and leader, you'll have managed a team across the development cycle and know how to enable and empower them to execute excellent delivery
- You'll have digital transformation experience, transforming and improving existing processes and offer into improved technologically driven capabilities, while innovating and developing for future growth
- You'll have experience and knowledge of the research industry so you can effectively collaborate with the business and navigate the industry and our needs for your team
- You'll be an innovator and problem solver
- Your communication will be best in class, being able to communicate technicalities to non-technical people, and simply explain the non-technical understanding of business needs to the technical team
- Experience working in a growth scale-up is preferable
