- **EQUANS are recruiting for a Domestic Cleaner to be based in University Hospital North Durham,** DH1 5TW. **This is a permanent Part-time role working up to 25 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £10.37 per hour.**:
Cleaner hours are**:Monday to Friday** shift can be any weekday **17.00 - 22.00 (5 hours)**

**Saturday and Sunday** shift is **15.00 - 18.00** **(3 hours) **The days to be worked vary week to week for up to 25 hours a week.

Ensuring the delivery and maintenance of a high standard of cleanliness, which meets the requirements of the Cleaner contract.

To undertake mandatory Cleaner training as appropriate to the job.
- Training will be given in:

Use of cleaning equipment
- Correct cleaning materials
- Manual handling
- Health & Safety at work, COSHH and Fire Safety
- Special cleans i.e. Termination and MRSA type infection control cleans.
- NVQ Level 2

To support training practice, in particular in relation to new staff.

On occasion, be requested to have a supernumerary member of staff shadow them to assist in their induction and general orientation into the department or service.
