Marks Sattin Executive Search has a unique opportunity for a CFO to join a PE Backed B2B business. This international platform buy and build business has focus on value creation and profitability in order to grow their fast-paced business and expand their services.

The role requires a dynamic CFO to take a proactive hands-on approach from the start to build on and improve processes and controls to support strategic decisions to make a positive effect on the business on an international scale.

As CFO you will lead the finance function through M&A, set up and running of accounts, preparing insightful performance analysis, reporting to debt providers, risk management, maintaining relationships with the board and PE house, and commercial management.
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA)
- Experience as a PE Backed CFO or an FD who is looking to make a step up into a PE Backed CFO role
- Involvement with M&A (acquisitions and integration) and debt
- Experience working for an international business and cost management
