Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining a calendar of events
- Handling mail and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student and staff records
- Providing support for school events such as parent-teacher conferences and fundraisers
- Performing other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with student information systems is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework or degree is preferred
