Tradelink LLC is seeking a motivated Junior Trader to join our dynamic team in London. As a Junior Trader, you will focus on high volatile markets, emerging products, and trends, with a background in finance. You will work closely with senior traders and analysts to execute trades, analyze market data, and contribute to the development of trading strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze high volatile markets, emerging products, and trends to identify trading opportunities.
- Execute trades across various financial instruments, including equities, derivatives, and commodities.
- Collaborate with senior traders and analysts to develop and implement trading strategies.
- Analyze market data and performance metrics to optimize trading strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends to inform trading decisions.
- Assist in risk management activities, including monitoring exposure limits and managing trading positions.
- Maintain accurate records of trades, positions, and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a solid understanding of financial markets and products.
- Previous experience or internship in trading, finance, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and other trading platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
