CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an experienced Handyman to join the team located in Swindon

**The Role**:

- Repair doors, tables and other general equipment
- Re-tile site where damaged
- Move/build equipment across the site
- Liaise with Clients representatives with respect to maintenance & repair tasks
- Responsible for other building and installation works as required
- Utilise PDA to complete works, key communications & updates
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Regulations

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team

**Working Hours**
- 8am - 5pm
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available

**Experience Required**:

- Experience of working in high profile work environment
- A good attitude & willingness to learn is essential
- PC literate
- Good Customer relationship skills
