Due to expansion a great opportunity has arisen to work as part of the construction team. This is a varied role where you can work on different projects on a daily basis.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for someone that has a variety of skills, from carpentry, plastering, bricklaying to general handyman capabilities. We are looking for someone that has a good attention to detail and takes pride in their work.

**Duties**:

- Assisting with various maintenance projects.
- Adhere and upkeep to the high standards of quality in service delivery at all times
- Be aware of delivery of required activities in specific end user environment
- Ensure all activities are delivered in compliance with statutory obligations and health and safety legal requirements and best practice
- Responsible for the care and condition of all company vehicles, equipment and tools issued for use in multi-trade activities, completing all pre and post safety checks as required

The experience you'll bring
- You MUST have working knowledge of the following; Carpentry, Glazing, Decorating, Tiling, Brickwork and Roofing.
- You MUST have plastering skills.
- We would like you to have appropriate knowledge and understanding of health and safety in the workplace
- You will hold a driving licence suitable for use in the UK along with own transport and tools.

*Punctuality and Reliability.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
