Call handling from client sites and mobile workforce, creating jobs on in-house job management systems for PPM/Reactive/ Remedial Works, assigning works to operational staff and subcontractors, checking timesheets & paperwork administration, verification of works complete using tracking systems and return of paperwork, access/appointment scheduling and bookings to sites, raising purchase orders for material procurement, receipting goods received against purchase orders, producing KPI reports on contract progress for review by management, billing of planned maintenance jobs.

**Criteria**:

- GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above) and A Level/NVQ qualifications or equivalent
- ability to problem solve
- experience working in a helpdesk/scheduling background preferable, but training will be given.

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Strabane, County Tyrone: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
