Our client, a growing service organisation is looking for a Credit Controller to join their team. The role will focus on ensuring payments are received according to their payment terms and outstanding debt is chased in a timely manner.

Duties will include: -- Ensuring outstanding debt is chased in line with the customer contracts
- Maintaining accurate records on their accounts systems
- Processing customer payments
- Dealing with and resolving customer queries which could lead to disputes over invoice amounts
- Following bad debt procedures when necessary, liaising with management and legal teams to do so
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work with 3rd party collection agencies as required
- Tact and diplomacy as well as great communication skills
