Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Coordinate and assign tasks to housekeeping staff
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and common areas
- Train and mentor housekeeping team members
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

**Skills**:

- Strong hospitality background with experience in hotel housekeeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise

As the Head Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall guest experience at our hotel. Your attention to detail, leadership skills, and hospitality background will contribute to the success of our housekeeping department. Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is required.

**Salary**: £33,000.00 per year
