**Accounts Assistant**

**About Them**:
They are a growing company that adds about 5 new clients to their portfolio every month. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in their expanding team. The office culture is energetic, and they value appreciation and growth. Our client believes in fostering a positive environment where everyone has a voice and can make a difference.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling monthly management accounts with precision and accuracy.
- Carrying out reconciliation work to ensure financial records are up to date.
- CIS & VAT Returns.
- Proficiency in using Xero software is essential.
- Enjoy meeting clients face to face and providing them with simple training.
- Answering phones when needed and contributing as a team player.
- Actively participating in decision-making processes to drive the company forward.

- Previous experience and knowledge of monthly management accounts.
- Proficient in reconciliation work and must have hands-on experience with Xero software.
