We are currently assisting our highly reputable client recruit a varied and fast paced Service and Parts Coordinator role. The role will initially be offered on a rolling 6month contract.

Daily responsibilities will include:

- Management of purchase orders and updating all relevant internal systems
- Identifying parts, preparing quotes and orders in line with customer enquiries and agreed internal parts processes
- Managing engineer’s parts requests and updating all relevant internal systems
- Managing enquiries in line with internal and external customer SLA’s
- Building and enhancing relationships with both internal and external customers by using your natural ability to liaise effectively at all levels
- Paperwork processes and management

Experience and Key Skills
- Strong customer service background
- Good organisational and prioritising skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Excellent IT Skills, knowledge of excel, word,
- Interpersonal skills: customer relations, clarifying information, giving clear instructions
- Parts processing skills preferable
- Ability to work towards deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
