Are you passionate about animal welfare and ready to dive into a rewarding career in farming? The Best Connection are seeking a dedicated Broiler Farm Assistant to join our team and contribute to the success of poultry operation
- Position: Broiler Farm Assistant
- Location: TF6 Telford
- Hours: 40-48 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with some evenings required. Flexibility required.
- Pay Rate: £12-£14 per hour, depending on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Disposal of deceased poultry.
- Monitor production performance to ensure optimal results
- Uphold high standards of bird welfare at all times
- Manage feed distribution and ensure proper nutrition for the flock
- Complete all tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
- Manage ventilation systems to promote a healthy environment for the birds
- Assist with vaccinations and other health-related tasks
- Keep accurate records of farm activities

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working on a farm, preferably with poultry
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective people management
- Ability to perform manual duties efficiently and effectively
- Proficiency in computer skills for record keeping and data management
- Possession of a full UK driving license
- Full-time availability
