We are excited to be recruiting for a Supervisor based at Old Royal NavalColl RetailSale.

**Key responsibilities**
- Working with the Cafe Assistants on the shop floor in the service of high quality sandwiches, salads, and other food and beverage items, as well as loan working during low seasons.
- Liaising with Head Chef, General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Retail Manager and/or Retail Supervisor in ordering all confectionary, crisps and beverages for the cafe and retail outlets to ensure ample stock where necessary.
- Order disposables and other non consumables within budget and in line with Company of Cooks standards and procedures where necessary.
