Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Planner / Administrator for a job based in the Manchester M8 area to work within the planning department of a Facilities Management company that works alongside the Manchester City Council.

**About The Job**:
The role is an amalgamation of planning & general administration within a large Facilities Management company.

**Planning**:
The role of the Planner monitors and administers the scheduling of work for the engineers and operatives who are working on the regeneration of various areas of the city.
- Arranging jobs & ensuring engineers attend.
- Planning appointments to follow up on various work if needed.
- Invoice admin & POs.
- Liaison with clients & customers.

**Administration**:
Ensure administrative tasks are completed promptly and ensure the branch effectively communicates in all aspects.
- General administration of day-to-day tasks on the contract.
- Data entry.
- Record, investigate and close out all issues, concerns, and/or complaints.
- Booking meeting rooms.
- Ordering stationery.
- To respond to the changing needs of the customer, ensuring a positive customer service experience.
- Minute/note-taking in meetings.

**Schedule**:

- 8am - 4pm.
- £11.69p/h + Holiday pay.
- Weekly pay.

**About You**
We are looking for people who can come on board & hit the ground running, therefore we are actively looking for people with the following skill set:

- Highly Organized.
- Microsoft Office & data entry.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- A team player who can support and promote corporate objectives.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in supporting operational teams.
- Experience in planning, organizing, and prioritizing workload, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy.

A DBS certificate would be preferred, although this is not essential to the role. If you do not hold one, it would need to be applied for before obtaining the role.

**Salary**: £11.69 per hour
