Bede's requires an experienced and child-focused individual to join our Prep School as our Subject Leader for Mathematics.
Our vision is for Bede’s to be a place “where every child finds joy in their pursuit of brilliance”. Outstanding academic leadership is fundamental to our ability to deliver this vision and achieve our mission of crafting a more joyful education for our pupils.
Reporting to the Head of Faculty (STEM) the post holder will work together to ensure that an appropriate, challenging and effective curriculum is provided for all pupils.
The School seeks to find the ideal person to lead the teaching of Mathematics in a way that supports it in:
- Cultivating a vibrant learning environment, motivating pupils to pursue their individual best
- Providing a festival of opportunities, enabling pupils to discover new passions and develop new talents
- Building a kind-hearted community, inspiring pupils to enhance the lives of others.
Please note that as part of this role, the individual will be required to be a Year 8 form tutor.
This is a Permanent, Full Time role. The hours are 8:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday.
