If you are a CYP PWP looking for a role where you can make a difference to the service as well as the community around you then this might be the perfect fit. Take a Seat are looking for a Child and Young person PWP to join a team dedicated to improving the mental health of adolescence that are taking their next steps into adulthood.

In this role you will be responsible for providing a mixture of interventions through means of 1-1, group, telephone, zoom and face to face sessions. This opportunity will not only allow you to work closely supporting a number of young peoples mental health and personal development, you will be apart of a service working on other projects to deliver mental health support to the surrounding area.

The company mentioned are focused on supporting teenagers and young adults early in their life so they establish a healthy attitude towards mental health. The service works with those at high risk of gang and criminal activity, radicalisation, and county-line exploitation. In this role you will play a large role in improving access to Psychological Therapies for those in the BAME community as well as supporting with campaigns to break the stigma surrounding mental health in young people.

What you will require to join this specialist team:

- 2 years IAPT experience
- Experience working with young adults and teenagers
- Ability to develop positive therapeutic relationships with clients
- Fully qualified in low intensity CBT/ PWP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
