Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Recycling Worker to join our team. As a Recycling Worker, you will play a vital role in helping to protect the environment by sorting and processing recyclable materials. This is a physically demanding position that requires heavy lifting and mechanical knowledge.

**Duties**:

- Sort and separate recyclable materials such as paper, plastic, glass, and metal
- Operate machinery and equipment to process recyclables
- Monitor the quality of recycled materials to ensure they meet industry standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general maintenance and repairs of recycling equipment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in recycling or waste management is preferred but not required
- Mechanical knowledge to operate recycling machinery and equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail to accurately sort recyclable materials
- Good communication skills to work effectively as part of a team
