We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

As Marketing Coordinator you will be involved heavily in the following areas of the marketing department:
Retail Marketing
Supporting the Marketing team on the implementation of the Bucherer 1888 marketing plan, in line with brand strategy
Supporting with the local roll out of global campaigns
Assisting the Marketing team on the implementation of the media plan, requesting artwork, gathering copies and compiling reports
Working closely with the Finance team on management of POs and updating budget tracker with marketing related invoices
Responsible for day-to-day administrative duties within the marketing department, with various ad-hoc tasks

PR
- Responsible for organising logistics (stock, security, documentation) for press loans
- Collating information for press requests (assets, press releases, Q&A feedback etc);
- Supporting with implementing talent/influencer activations
- Monthly PR reporting for distribution across Head Office
- Responsible for the day-to-day communications with the PR agency

Digital

Events
Supporting the team on event planning and execution
Working closely with retails teams on guest list management
- Attending events on behalf of Bucherer to supervise logistics, set-up and de-rig, guest registrations
- Developing knowledge of Salesforce to create campaigns for each event & capturing client attendance on this platform

Skills & Requirements
An enthusiastic self-starter with a positive attitude
Strong time-management and organisational skills
Experience within a similar role ideal
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team
