**Exciting Opportunity: Trainer Assessor - Manufacturing PMO/BIT at North Lindsey College**

North Lindsey College part of the DN Colleges Group are seeking to recruit a full-time Trainer Assessor - primarily to work in manufacturing operations. The post primarily involves the delivery of work-based provision of Level 2 Performing Manufacturing Operations with potential to deliver Business improvement techniques via onsite delivery of training sessions and assessment of competence in the workplace and one-to-one support. The learners will be based with key employers in the North Lincs and Sheffield/South Yorkshire areas.

For unqualified assessors there is the potential to achieve this qualification within the job role if they have the manufacturing/warehousing experience. Experience of internal quality assurance and an associated qualification would be an advantage.

This is an interesting role requiring excellent communication skills, flexibility, sound organisation skills, team working and the ability to be self-directing with a high level of accountability. A strong employer - customer - focus is critical with the ability to manage the employer, learner and College relationship effectively.

**Let’s Bloom**
The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
